We only use Google marketing products (e.g. Search Ad, Display & Video 360) with your express consent, which you can declare by clicking the “Agree” button in the so-called Cookie Information Layer (“Opt-In” ). We save your consent on your device in a cookie so that you are not asked for your consent again each time you visit our website, as well as for legal reasons together with the IP address and the time on our servers; We delete this information or restrict its processing if you withdraw your consent or at the latest 6 months after you last visited our website.
If you want to change your mind, you can withdraw your consent by clicking on the orange button at the bottom right of the website.

We only forward the personal data stated in Section 2 to contractors located within the European Union for the described purposes. The data is processed there on our behalf and according to our instructions.

On the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) we use the following social media plug-ins on our website: Facebook, ShareThis and YouTube.

Responsibility for ensuring that these social media services operate in compliance with data protection laws rests with the respective provider of such networks.

We use the so-called “two-click solution” when using the aforementioned social media plug-ins. This means that no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of social media plug-ins when visiting our website.
Unless you click on the marked field of the provider and thereby activate it, the provider of the social media plug-in receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our online service. Furthermore, the information mentioned in Section 2 above will be transmitted.

a)   Facebook

By activating the plug-in, your personal data is transferred to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser’s security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also do not have any information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
Facebook Inc. complies with European data protection laws and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement:
https://www.privacyshield.gov/participantid=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active

The plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. We have no influence whatsoever on the nature and extent of the data that the plugi-n transmits to the Facebook Inc. servers.

The plug-in informs Facebook Inc. that you have visited this website as a user. It is possible that your IP address will be saved. If you are logged into your Facebook account during your visit to this website, this information is linked to this account.

If you use the functions of the plug-in – for example by sharing or “liking” a post – the corresponding information is also transmitted to Facebook Inc.

Would you like to prevent Facebook. Inc. to link this data to your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website and delete the stored cookies. Via your Facebook profile, you can make further settings for data processing for advertising purposes or object to the use of your data for advertising purposes. You can access the settings here:

•   Profile settings for Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen
•   Cookie deactivation page of the US-American website: https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2#!/

Which data, for what purpose and to what extent Facebook collects, uses and processes data and which rights and setting options you have to protect your privacy can be read in Facebook’s data protection guidelines. You can find the guidelines here: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

b)   ShareThis
We use social plug-ins from the bookmarking service ShareThis Inc. (“ShareThis”), 250 Cambridge Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA. These plug-ins allow users to bookmark and post or share content on social networks (e.g. Twitter, Facebook or Google+).

If a user uses one of these ShareThis features while logged in to the corresponding service (e.g. Twitter, Facebook or Google+), the visit to our website can be attributed to the respective user account. ShareThis itself does not receive any personal data of the user, but keeps anonymous usage statistics about the shared content. These data are regularly deleted there. Further information about the data collection, evaluation and processing of your data by ShareThis.Inc and their related rights can be found in the privacy policy of ShareThis.Inc at https://sharethis.com/privacy-manifesto.

If you do not want your visit to our website to be associated with your user accounts in the relevant social networks or social bookmarking services, we recommend that you do not use the relevant ShareThis fields on our website.

c)   YouTube
We have included YouTube videos into our online presence, which are stored at https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in the “extended data protection mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos the data listed below will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data referred to in Section 2 of this declaration will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or the design of its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, in which case you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in its privacy policy. You will also find further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy there: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, htps://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

On this website we use Google Maps API. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to conveniently use the map function.

When you visit our website, Google will receive information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under Section 2 above of this declaration will be transmitted. This is independent of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

a)   Google Webfonts
In order to display our content correctly and graphically attractive across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries from Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Webfonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and for what purposes – for the operators of such libraries to collect data.

The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

b)   Google ReCAPTCHA
In order to ensure sufficient data security during the transmission of forms (e.g. contact form), we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. in certain cases. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). This serves primarily to differentiate whether an entry is made by a natural person or whether it is misused by mechanical and automated processing. The service includes the transmission of your IP address and possibly further data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google. These data are subject to the differing data protection regulations of Google. Further details can be found in the Google Privacy Center: https://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy

We take technical and also organisational action to protect your personal data and prevent random or intentional destruction, manipulation, loss or access by unauthorised persons. We continuously revise our security measures in line with technical progress.

Right to information: The right to information about your personal data that we process and about other information, e.g. information stated in this privacy statement.
Right to correction: If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected.

This right is restricted to certain cases and applies in particular, if: (a) the data is inaccurate; (b) processing is unlawful and you reject the deletion; (c) we no longer require the data, although you require the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. If processing is restricted, we can save the data, but not use it. We keep a list of those persons that have exercised their right to restrict processing to ensure this restriction.

Right to revocation: If you give us your consent to process your data, you can revoke this consent without stating any reasons at any time. This kind of revocation impacts on the admissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have sent us your revocation.
Of course, you can revoke your consent for processing your personal data for advertising and data analysis at any time and without stating reasons.

If we process your personal data after weighing interests, you can revoke the processing consent at any time. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, in particular to fulfil a contract with you.

When exercising this revocation right, we would ask you to please provide us with reasons why you do not want us to process your personal data. In the case of a justified revocation, we will check the situation and will either stop or amend the data processing or will continue to process data based on our compelling legitimate reasons which we will disclose to you.

You can exercise these rights free of charge. However you must verify your identity with two factors.

To exercise your rights, any other enquiries or complaints, please use the e-mail address above (Section 1) or write to us. We will endeavour to answer you as quickly as possible.

You also have the right to send a complaint about the processing of your personal data to the data protection supervisory board.

We do not want to collect any personal data from persons below the age of 18. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect this data and do not give it to third parties.
