In order to guarantee this quality striving, we work according to a quality management system in accordance with the norm requirements ISO 9001-2015. A quality manager has been appointed who, together with the management and all employees, directs and monitors the system.
This way, we strive to meet the requirements of the customer, other stakeholders, and the standards we commit to, as well as comply with the legal obligations, while taking into account the internal & external issues with regards to quality. Our aim is to ensure the continuity of the company and to achieve continuous growth and maximisation of added value for all our partners. In order to verify this, we will actively gauge customer satisfaction.
Steuler-CTI also wishes to continuously improve the effectiveness of its management system. In order to achieve all this, the management of Steuler-CTI is committed to provide the necessary resources to achieve and maintain the desired quality. This commitment concerns infrastructure, equipment and the competencies of, information to and training of its employees.

In order to realise this policy, concrete objectives and KPIs are formulated annually and evaluated at regular intervals.
This policy statement will be reviewed annually during the management review and, if necessary, adjusted or supplemented in function of experience and the situation at that time in order to ensure a continuous evolution in this policy and the associated management system.
The policy and objectives will be communicated and clarified to all employees concerned. The policy is also made available to the public.
