ANNOUNCEMENT ISO9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

Steuler-CTI is proud to announce that we achieved our ISO9001:2015 certification for the design, engineering and manufacturing of polymer concrete electrolytic cells. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an internationally recognized standard which ensures that our products and services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.
Our decision to become ISO9001:2015 compliant anticipates the demands of our customers, and is a demonstration of our commitment to provide quality products and services. To become ISO 9001 compliant, Steuler-CTI underwent an process which included the further development of our quality management system, the documentation of our management system, and the integration of a company-wide strategy towards continuous improvement. These systems were evaluated during a certification audit, which we successfully passed in December 2020.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the assurance that we have robust, clearly defined processes and procedures in place in all our business areas including production, supply chain management, sales and customer care, design and engineering, risk management, and handling of documents and data.
The attitude of quality is integrated into our daily work throughout the whole company, and we continuously challenge ourselves to improve the quality management system to provide products that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, while complying with specifications and regulations. We are convinced that by reaching this milestone, we will be able to attend to our clients’ needs better than ever before.
